Eric LAMBOLEZ, chosen by Jean BROUILLY to succeed him, now works in the kitchens of this great restaurant in the north of Lyon. This traditional house of character offers seasonal cuisine in the middle of a flowery park. Eric Lambolez is a fan of regional cheeses and Beaujolais wines and offers a varied menu combining freshness and simplicity. This gourmet stopover can be continued after the meal by hiking, a visit to the sewing machine museum, or a walk to the nearby Lac des Sapins.
