The name echoes the common color of their homelands, between Benin and Costières de Nîmes: red. A warm, gourmet color, in the image of Nîmes, its coat of arms and its local and culinary heritage.
A sunny, passionate self-taught chef, Georgiana draws her inspiration from the Mediterranean terroir and the richness of her Beninese origins, around a heartfelt, convivial and lively Mediterranean cuisine.
