Les Sablés Marseillais (shortbread biscuits)
Crafts
Marseille 2e Arrondissement 12 Rue De l'Evêché
As the daughter and great-granddaughter of bakers and pastry chefs, she is keeping the passion for great taste and values alive by creating a range of delicious shortbread biscuits, in both sweet and savoury varieties, with the help of her daughter Laura, a nutritionist, all with an environmentally responsible and committed approach in mind.
This original creation was inspired by a family recipe, and reflects the values of haute couture in that it comes in different flavours and with different accompaniments, which are adapted to the seasons and events of the year. These homemade shortbread biscuits are made according to the family tradition, combined with cutting-edge technology and an exclusive mould.
