CornasThe family estate stretches across 20-ha of vines set on hillsides with weatherbeaten granite soils. We grow SYRAH AND ROUSSANNE grapes to produce our AOC CORNAS and AOC SAINT- PERAY red wines according to organic and biodynamic methods.
Our 23 ha Estate has been a pioneer in Organic and Biodynamic Culture for over 25 years. We cultivate 11 ha in AOC Cornas, 1.3 ha in AOP Saint-Péray, 0.9 Ha in AOP Saint-Joseph and the rest in AOP Côtes du Rhône (Commune of Cornas) and Vin de France (Commune of Saint-Péray). Our ambition is to produce elegant, delicious, fresh and digestible wines that reflect the terroir without artifice. To do this, we have no longer used barrels since 2016 and the fermentations are without sulfur or oenolgic additives. The objective of making wines imbued with essentially granitic minerality is at the heart of our choices. The use of numerous ovoid-shaped vats in concrete, glass, terracotta and ceramic provides aromatic precision and very precise aging on lees. Our philosophy could be summed up as the “star grape” principle.
