We handcraft aperitif recipes, sauces, jams and condiments based on regional vegetables, olives, truffles and fruit. We combine these recipes with local and seasonal cuisine, which we offer in our Tables-Épiceries for a great tasting and affordable experience.

Our cuisine showcases authentic gourmet recipes and quality regional produce, with ingredients that are free from colorants and preservatives, often organic and sourced from local farmers and cooperatives.
