Domaine Mayoussier is a family-run vineyard with 3 hectares of vines tended by hand and horsepower, without mechanization since 2013. We also use eco-pasture to manage the grass cover on our plots, and protect biodiversity by planting hedgerows and bird nesting boxes. 6 grape varieties are grown on the estate: Syrah, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Pinot Gris and Persan, all of which we vinify as naturally as possible.
All our wines are vinified, matured and bottled on the estate. As part of its eco-responsible approach, the domaine offers a deposit for the re-use of its glass bottles.
