At the restaurant table, you'll enjoy fair, modern and balanced cuisine, made with locally grown produce or produce that respects traditions and the environment. To accompany this inventive cuisine, we offer a wine list featuring several hundred references, from Grands Crus to wines from up-and-coming estates carefully selected by the owner.

Discover the Côtes de Beaune vineyards by bike. On a guided tour, you'll discover the wines and villages of the Côtes de Beaune, passing through some of Burgundy's most prestigious vineyards (Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay, etc.). The program includes tastings in the vineyards, visits to estates and cellars, meetings with winegrowers, etc.

On the first floor of the Château de Saint-Aubin, the Le Clos room opens out onto the estate's vineyards and the mosaic of the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On the first floor, accessed via a private hall, the La Combe room offers a breathtaking view of the Clos, the Combe hillside and the mythical Mont de Sène, which dominates the Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
With its confidential vantage point over the Saint-Aubin countryside, the Pièce sous le Bois, located on the first floor, offers an unbeatable view of the Combe.
Located on the second floor of the château, the Les Criots room offers multiple viewpoints over the village of Saint-Aubin, the Clos du Domaine and the roofs of the historic building.

The Vignerons des Terres Secrètes are the heirs of a cooperative movement organized in the Mâconnais. Our members have been winegrowing for generations, driven to reveal the sublime terroir through a range of great wines. The Vignerons des Terres Secrètes is the only cooperative winery located within the perimeter of the Solutré Pouilly Vergisson Grand Site de France, and has been awarded the Vignerons en Développement Durable label.

Visitors will be able to discover a brand new show at the Gare, which has been completely refurbished for the occasion: L'Impérial, a scenography where history meets fiction and collectors' items come to life to the delight of young and old alike.
Between April and September, take a stroll through the gardens and enjoy the aromas and flavours, or play a round of Adventure Golf (a dynamic, fun, landscaped-style miniature golf course).

The Belleville Hotel is ideally located near to exit n°30 of the A6 motorway: 30 minutes from Lyon city centre and just 5 minutes from Villefranche sur Saône.

The hotel is open seven days a week; it is very easy to get to and has a free car-park..

Discover the life of an organic farm on 9 hectares of meadows, moors and orchards, and treat yourself to a snack, meal or tasting.
You'll have the pleasure of discovering authentic organic and local flavors.
Donkey rides are also available to discover the farm and its surrounding biodiversity.

During your visit, you can take part in differents activities :
- Discover the farm's many organic animals: goats, rabbits, poultry, pigs, sheep, donkeys, horses, Highland cows...
- Visit the cheese dairy and unravel the mystery of cheese-making!

Domaine Mayoussier is a family-run vineyard with 3 hectares of vines tended by hand and horsepower, without mechanization since 2013. We also use eco-pasture to manage the grass cover on our plots, and protect biodiversity by planting hedgerows and bird nesting boxes.
6 grape varieties are grown on the estate: Syrah, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Pinot Gris and Persan, all of which we vinify as naturally as possible.

All our wines are vinified, matured and bottled on the estate. As part of its eco-responsible approach, the domaine offers a deposit for the re-use of its glass bottles.

Our story began in the small village of Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, at the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park. Our organic, fair trade chocolate factory is at the end of a pretty little winding road that leads away from the village. Its name rings through the surrounding garrigue: the Frigoulette.

We manufacture and package our own superb range of chocolate in a cool, bioclimatic workshop, using 'Premier Grand Cru' cocoa from a fair trade plantation on the island of São Tomé and Príncipe in the Gulf of Guinea. The best cocoa beans in the world!
Since the very beginning, traceability and responsible practices have been paramount for us, and with my team we create 'real chocolate', chocolate with the organic, fair trade label, produced according to environmentally friendly practices and ensuring the producers from the island are given a decent wage (with my partner KAOKA). Frigoulette has been certified a Bio Partenaire®, and fair trade company by the Ecocert organisation.

The Frigoulette workshop doesn't use animal fats and only makes pure cocoa butter chocolate, without the use of palm oil and gluten-free.
