Mathieu Chapel and Giovanni Garini are the co-founders behind this initiative. They are both originally from Grau-du-Roi and the thirty-something fishermen are proud to be keeping traditions, passion and expertise alive, that has been passed down through the generations.
Côté Fish provides a direct link between the small-scale fishermen of Grau-du-Roi and the consumers, promoting sustainable fishing with no intermediaries and short circuits. The knowledge and expertise of the fishermen working with Côté Fish allow them to get the very best out of the Mediterranean and select the best products for their customers.
