Checkered tablecloths, authentic floor tiles and photos of the family through the generations. Here, everything is authentic, the traditional Bresse chicken à la crème prepared just like Blanc's mother, pan-fried Dombes-style frog’s legs, pike quenelles (dumplings) and chicken liver terrines. There are also cookery classes available, as well as wine tastings and tours of the wine cellar.
After your meal, you can take a stroll around the vast grounds.
