Proud of his Bresse region, Patrick Bourgeois created in 2011 an artisanal cookie factory on the roundabout of the A40 freeway, exit 7 (Bourg Sud).
His flagship cookie "La Gaudriole" (which he produces in sweet and savory in several flavors) is made from a local raw material unique in France: gaudes flour, roasted corn flour. Over the years, butter shortbread, tuiles and other soft cookies have been added to the range as well as many other delicacies.
In his store, you can taste but also find all the local products of the Ain.
The company "Les Gaudélices" has a large free parking lot and access for people with reduced mobility.

The Les Gaudélices biscuit factory opens its doors to visitors all year round. The manufacturing workshop offers a gourmet walk to discover the manufacturing stages and end the visit with a tasting. An audiovisual presentation as well as a glazed gallery will enhance the discovery in the heart of the biscuit factory. Visits from Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Price: free service without tasting / € 2.50 with tasting (per person) Capacity per group: 50 people maximum. Group hours: Monday to Friday, by appointment.
