An immersive experience of production, with tasting
The family-run business founded in 1946 invites visitors to come and visit the premises and see how raw milk and pasteurised milk cheeses are made: Epoisses, Ami de Chambertin, Soumaintrain, etc. In the gallery, you’ll be able to see the production underway (only in the mornings). A fantastic addition to this tour is a tasting of Burgundy’s cheese specialities (several tasting options are available from €6 to €47 per person, depending on what you’d like to taste and see).
