Privileged immersion in the heart of Burgundy's great wines with Divignes

You will be picked up by Mathias Fasan in front of the Beaune Tourist Office. Or at the place of your residence. (To be defined together) Your journey in our air-conditioned vehicle begins, we will criss-cross the Côte de Beaune in successive stages through the AOC appellations and historic villages. The tastings will take place directly in the vineyard of the wine and the producer, or on some magnificent and secret viewpoints to which Mathias Fasan will give you access. These tastings will be accompanied by a tasting course and information on the complexity of our appellations as well as information on the different estates and villages. At the end of the tour, Mathias Fasan will take you back to the starting point, the Beaune Tourist Office. If you wish, you can order some of the wines that have seduced you during the tasting. We have several formulas, all tours are private: DISCOVERY OF A PARTNER ESTATE : - 2h-2h30 to discover an estate, quick visit of the producer's vineyard, then visit and tasting in the cellar. - Two slots to choose from 7 days a week all year round: Morning = 9.30am - 12pm Afternoon = 2.30 pm - 5 pm - Tasting of 4 Great Burgundy Wines from the estate's appellations, including 2 Premiers Crus / Grands Crus. - 7 people maximum. A HALF DAY IN COTE DE BEAUNE : - 4 hours of circuit by stages in the vineyards. - Two slots to choose from 7 days a week all year round: Morning = 9am - 1pm Afternoon = 2pm - 6pm - Tasting of 8 great Burgundy wines from different partner estates in the actual production plot, among the appellations crossed: Beaune, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Volnay, Pommard... Including 4 Premiers Crus / Grands Crus - 7 people maximum. ONE DAY IN COTE DE BEAUNE : - 10 hours tour in stages through the vineyards: from 9am to 7pm (including a 2 hour break for lunch) For lunch, Mathias Fasan will drop you off in the heart of Beaune for a 2-hour break, and will be able to recommend some good gourmet restaurants! - Tasting of 16 Great Burgundy Wines from different partner estates in the very plot of production, among the appellations crossed: Beaune, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie, Volnay, Pommard, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Ladoix-Serigny, Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune. Including 8 Premiers Crus / Grands Crus. - 7 people maximum. VISIT OF VOSNE ROMANEE EN COTE DE NUITS : - 4 hours tour per stage in the vineyards of the Nuits-St-Georges coast and its villages, Reading the landscape of the village of Vosne Romanée and its most prestigious crus: La Romanée Conti, La Romanée, La Tâche, La Romanée Saint-Vivant, Richebourg, La Grande Rue. - Visit of the cellars of the Anne Gros estate and tasting of the wines being matured on casks. - Maximum 7 persons. - To be booked in advance.
