Visit our vaulted cellars carved into the rock and discover how our Crémants de Bourgogne wines are made. Visitors can taste all the appellations from the Côte Chalonnaise, including Bouzeron, Rully, Mercurey, Givry, and Montagny, along with our range of Crémant de Bourgogne wines. We have been In Rully since 1942 and we vinify and age our wines with respect for the specifics of each terroir on the Côte Chalonnaise.
Take a tour of the wine cellars and taste a Crémant de Bourgogne, 2 ‘Premier Cru’ wines and 3 village appellations, served with appetisers called ‘gougères’, which are a speciality of Burgundy made with choux pastry and cheese, in all sorts of different flavours: comté cheese, époisse cheese, snails and parsley, mustard, etc. (€84 for 1 to 6 people and €14 per extra person). Other tasting deals are available, such as a traditional Burgundian ‘mâchon’ meal or a large selection of appetisers.
