Nuits-Saint-Georges
Start
The Cassissium
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of blackcurrants at the Cassissium. Enjoy a gourmet experience with family and friends, with three activities:
- the "Cassissium" tour: fun and interactive museography dedicated to blackcurrants, guided tour of the Maison Védrenne production workshops, tasting of the Maison's products with alcohol (crème de cassis, liqueurs, eaux-de-vie) and/or without alcohol (syrups). An original tour suitable for all, young and old.
- The "Blackcurrant Experience" tour: fun and interactive museography dedicated to blackcurrants, guided tour of the Maison Védrenne production workshops, tasting in the form of an aperitif lunch with savoury and sweet bites to sublimate blackcurrants in all their forms, accompanied by a blackcurrant cocktail. A tasty way to (re)discover blackcurrants.
- Cocktail workshops": on the first Friday of each month (April to October) or on request, mixology takes centre stage at the Cassissium. After a presentation of bar techniques and equipment, two cocktails are presented and created by the participants before being tasted. Creating a cocktail: as a team, you'll have to create a cocktail from a selection of ingredients. Will you be elected mixologist of the evening?

Le Charlemagne
The restaurant offers a clear and zen decor, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pernand-Vergelesses vineyards and the Corton hill.
Laurent Peugeot is a craftsman of flavours and a technician at the service of detail; he invites his guests to a culinary crossbreeding, between Burgundy and Japanese influences, to a mixture of flavours, textures and cultures.
For an immersive experience, close to the team, Le Charlemagne invites you to dine "on the other side of the mirror" by choosing one of the guest tables in the kitchen. For more intimacy, the Petit Salon is at your disposal for your lunches, dinners with family, friends, seminars...
On the terrace: the silence, the softness of Burgundy and the light on the vine alongside the bamboo.
