A magnificent place in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, a region popular with wine tourism. The Restaurant Rouge & Blanc is an ambassador of "good eating" with gourmet cuisine offering a selection of local products created and proposed by Georges Blanc, a master restaurateur since April 2016. On site, the hotel Les Maritonnes Parc & Vignoble and its 41 modern and pleasant rooms; and for a moment of guaranteed relaxation, the brand new Spa des Vignes.
The Rouge & Blanc restaurant uses local and seasonal products to concoct their speciality regional dishes. The team concentrate their efforts on showcasing the specialities of Burgundy and Beaujolais wines, including the famous Moulin-à-Vent vintage.
