Strawberry, cherry, peach, apple or pear, with nuances of melon or grape. The large palette of produce is repainted each season. Fresh, iced or candied, the fruit is part of Provence culinary heritage. We owe them the Calisson, this famous lozenge with the taste of almonds.

Rosés and friendliness

The AOC Luberon and Côtes de Provence produce a wide range of wines including fruity rosés, synonymous with friendliness and shared moments. A camaieu of elegance from very pale pink to bright pink celebrates summer hours and accompanies with freshness a cuisine with southern accents.
