The hotel is arranged over four levels, served by the emblematic oak staircase tower.

The menu, which gives pride of place to local producers, changes with the seasons, allowing you to discover the secrets of local gastronomy. Burgundy wines feature prominently on our wine list, which includes over 400 references.

Known for its polychrome glazed tile roofs, the Hôtel-Dieu is one of the few remaining examples of late medieval civil architecture, and a major place of remembrance of hospital history.
