Le Mas de Peint : locavore restaurant
In the heart of the Camargue Regional Natural Park, the Mas de Peint extends over a 500-hectare estate. Surrounded by an immense park, this beautiful 17th century residence houses the Mas de Peint's locavore restaurant, which offers fresh, generous and sincere cuisine in the image and taste of the Camargue. With the rhythm of the seasons, the fruits and vegetables of our vegetable garden guide the inspiration to create dishes with local flavors. We honor the meat AOP Camargue, organic rice and olive oil from the property, fish from local fisheries, lamb from the Crau, poultry from the Alpilles and pig from Gallician around creative and colorful plates to delight all taste buds.
